Interim Director Farewell
A few words from Brent as his Interim Director position at the National Building Museum comes to a close.
National Building Museum Honor Award 2021
My good friend, Tony Kornheiser, hosted the National Building Museum's 2021 Honor Award event. The award this year was be presented to Skidmore Owings and Merrill for their distinguished history and for their advocacy for climate action by the building industry.
National Recognition
The Sing Sing Prison Museum has been awarded an Infrastructure and Capacity Building Challenge Grant by the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH). The funds will be used to restore the historic 1936 Powerhouse into a multi-purpose program and exhibition space.
